Programs & Incentives
Post-performance refundable tax credit of up to 30% of the new state taxes a project generates, for high-wage jobs in Utah’s five most urban counties — Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Washington and Weber. Awarded after benchmarks are met rather than up front.
Program detailsThe rural counterpart, reaching up to 50% of new state taxes for projects in counties outside the five urban ones, on the same post-performance basis.
