The Applied America OS is a secure, access-controlled platform that handles confidential project, capital, and organizational information. By accessing it with an authenticated account, you acknowledge and agree that we record business and security activity associated with your account — including sign-in events, IP address and approximate location, device and browser, pages and modules opened, documents viewed or downloaded, forms submitted, searches, and access requests — for the purposes of security, compliance, auditability, and support. This monitoring is limited to platform activity, is retained and access-controlled as described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Data-Retention policy, and is not used for unrelated personal surveillance or sold to third parties. You must not attempt to disable, evade, or tamper with platform logging, access controls, or security measures.
