  • Missouri’s Certified Sites program provides consistent standards regarding the availability industrial development sites. All sites are at least 25 acres and have available utilities. There are more than 30 certified sites available throughout Missouri.

  • Cortex

    The Cortex Innovation Community is a vibrant, 200-acre hub of business, innovation, and technology integrated into St. Louis' historic Central West End and Forest Park Southeast neighborhoods, surrounded by nationally ranked universities and medical centers and abundant cultural and recreational assets.

  • UMKC Innovation Center

    The UMKC Innovation Center unlocks the potential of entrepreneurship by helping people turn their ideas and innovations into ventures that shape an economy of hope.

  • Jordan Valley Innovation Center

    The former MFA milling facility, which resided in downtown Springfield for the majority of the 20th century, has been transformed into a seven-story state-of-the-art facility, providing a location to conduct cutting edge research and development within a collaborative environment.
